Who are Sharps Consultancy?
We are a consultancy company who specialise in the supply of Transition & Transformation, Portfolio Management, Business & IT Change Delivery Services to both the public and private sector.
We have well over 25 years’ worth of experience accumulated across a broad range of industry disciplines such as Finance (Banking and Insurance), Consumer Goods, Spectator Events, Manufacturing, Transport and Petrochemical.
As well as having years on our side, we also have a record of achievement to go alongside it. This success comes in a variety of forms, be it IT, Business Partnership or Spectator Event related engagements. We also specialise in delivering and managing changing environments and on a global scale adapting to a wide range of local and business cultures.

Our ‘Showcase’ case.
Whilst we’ve had decades of amazing projects under our belts, delivering the 2017 UEFA Champions League Final (see our delivery document here) was our most highest profile achievement to date.
The scale and complexity of this project was enormous, the excitement level was off the scale, passion and commitment like no other. A truly inspirational project and a genuine honour to work on.
